Can I cancel my Terra Nation Newsletter subscription?
You can simply cancel your subscription by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the Newsletter you received.
How do I make a purchase?
1. When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications such as size and color.
2. When you’re ready to place your order, you can click “Add to Cart” and continue to the checkout, or you can add the product to your cart first and continue shopping.
Note: once the order has been paid, you are unable to change the shopping address. However, you can contact us to send any updates.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don’t. However, setting up an account when you check out will allow you to search your order history, easily start a product return or warranty claim, and easily gather info about your past purchases.
How do I create a terra-nation.com account?
It is a very simple and easy procedure. What you have to do is simply click on create a new account tab and you will be guided through the process

I've forgotten my password - what should I do?
You can always request for a new a password by clicking on the “forgot password” tab. A temporary password will be sent to you, that you have to change when you login again into your account.

How can I cancel my order?
As long as you have not made a payment, your order is not included into our invoicing system, so you do not need to take further action.
However, if you have made a payment, please immediately inform us by clicking reply to the confirmation mail of your order or contact us at terranation@resoul.gr so that we do not send your order.
How do I use a coupon?
Each coupon can be used once during check-out.
Coupons are not valid for products that are at a discount or are on pre-order.
Can I use more than one coupon?
You can use only one coupon at a time.

How does Terra Nation protect my payments?
You can pay securely with your credit card without exposing your personal information. When you make online payments, your data is protected through encryption by VeriSign SSL (the highest level of protection available on the market) according to PCI-DSS standards.
How can I choose the currency I pay in?
We accept payment only in Euro €.
Which destinations does Terra Nation ship to?
We ship only within the European Union
Do you ship to PO boxes and freight forwarding addresses?
We can ship to any legitimate address that you will give us.
How much time is required for delivery and what is the cost?
If you have paid your order by 12:00 noon, you will receive it within the next 48 hours, as long as you live in Greece in a non-inaccessible area.
Delivery ranges from 3-4 working days for inaccessible areas and 2-3 working days for island destinations.
Our company reserves its rights, as the time required for delivery depends on other factors such as strikes, weather conditions, availability of the product, etc.
Transport costs are free of charge for shipments over 55 € all over Greece.
For orders under 55 €, the shipping cost is calculated according to the volume or weight of the package. The calculation is made in the basket by selecting the Prefecture/ Region in the Dropdown Menu in the order form.
The shipping cost for orders over 200€ outside Greece is 25€ (fixed).
For orders under 200€, the shipping cost is calculated according to the volume or weight of the package. The calculation is done in the Cart.
What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?
The courier service will leave you a note to contact them and arrange a new appointment at your earliest convenience
What are the options for delivery methods?
- By Geniki Taxydromiki (Monday to Friday) for shipments within Greece.
- For shipments outside Greece, we cooperate with UPS.
What are the delivery rates?
Delivery rates are the amount of money that you’ll be charged when your order value is less than the required amount for free delivery. If you ordering outside the European Union you need to request a delivery quotation prior your order
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For purchases within the EU, taxes are included in the prices.

No, there should be always only one delivery address

What size of beach shader/ beach umbrella fits my needs?
We have created a variety of sunshades and beach umbrellas that hopefully cover a wide range of needs. We recommend that you choose your beach equipment based on the maximum number of people you want to accommodate.
Each sunshade has its own advantages, so you can choose a sunshade based on the comparison chart table and umbrella comparison chart table or contact the customer service team at terranation@resoul.gr to direct you to the right choice!
What is the warranty of Terra Nation products?
All Terra Nation products are sold with a 2-year warranty of good manufacturing.
How can I clean my beach shader/ beach umbrella?
Thoroughly clean the outer part with water and avoid cleaning the interior with anything that can damage the lining that provides you with sun protection.
It is recommended to rinse with tap water the sunshade/umbrella cases as well as the zipper.
How can I clean my bag?
Depending on the bag, you may use a wet cloth, water and soap or dry clean only. Always check the information accompanying your bag.
Do I need to use both the sand pockets and pegs when using my beach shader?
It depends on the wind, in order to be certain that your sunshade is stable on the beach, we recommend that you fill the side cases with sand or pebbles and empty them when you collect the sunshade.
In addition, we offer a collection of products that you will find in the category Accessories, to provide greater stability for your sunshade or umbrella.
Where are Terra Nation products manufactured?
All Terra Nation products are designed and developed in our Creative Offices in Greece. Production of our products takes place overseas and the finished goods are imported back to our Creative Offices in Greece before they are sold to our customers.
Where can I find spare parts?

Can I use my beach shader on pebbled beaches?
Our sunshades can be used on any surface, beach, grass or pebbles as long as the surface is flat and there is nothing sharp at the point where you will set it up.
In any case, however, make sure that you carefully follow the instructions for use of each product.
I received my order, but I don't like the product after all. What is the procedure for returning it?
If the item you received does not meet your needs, you are entitled to a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
You will need to fill in a notice of withdrawal. Please click here to download it and print the return form that must accompany the product you are returning.
Note: In order to return the product, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all its components (accessories-gifts), the forms that accompany it, and its packaging in excellent condition.
When the order is delivered to our warehouse, it will be checked and if we ascertain that the product is intact and marketable, our company will return the value of the order within 14 days, while you will be charged only with the return costs.
There can be no withdrawal if the item has been used even once, in which case the product is now considered used.
What can I do if my product is defective?
We provide a 2-year warranty of good manufacturing on all our products. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery. You should therefore keep the receipts of purchase and delivery.
As long as the products correspond to their description and are suitable for their normal use, they are not considered defective.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at terranation@resoul.gr, attaching the purchase receipt and photos highlighting the problem of the product accompanied by a short description and we will contact you as soon as possible for further details.
The company, at its discretion, will repair or replace or reduce the market value of the product in accordance with European and Greek legislation.

Are the additional costs for delivery to COUNTRIES OUTSIDE the EU included?
We do not deliver outside the EU.
The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
Please check the integrity of the items within 14 days of receipt of your order and contact us via email at terranation@resoul.gr in case you find a deviation from the product you ordered.
I haven't received a refund on my credit card yet, what can I do?
The refund is made after the receipt and control of the returned order or the cancellation of your order.
Terra Nation is obliged to return the money within 14 days through the network from which the payment was made (card or PayPal).
Contact us by e-mail at terranation@resoul.gr in order to settle this.
Are beach sunshades waterproof for protection against a possible sudden rain?
Our beach sunshades are made of excellent quality materials to ensure optimal time at the beach. The fabric of the cover and the fabric of the flooring is polyester coated PU, with a waterproofing degree of 400mm.
